Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and conduct residential real estate closings.
Review and understand mortgage loan documentation.
Accurately input figures and balance closing statements.
Obtain and verify information from lenders, agents, HOAs, and other parties.
Coordinate closing logistics and ensure compliance.
Communicate professionally with clients and partners.
Manage multiple files simultaneously.
